Stronger communities start with social responsibility
Since our firm was founded, Tonneson + Co has had a long, proud history of giving back to our community and helping those in need. We reward all employees who bring forward a cause they are passionate about by granting them paid time off for volunteering. By promoting these positive efforts from our employees, we create a more productive and positive work environment and contribute to a better world.
Days of Service
Every year, our employees participate in the MassCPAs Day of Service. We choose a cause that is important to us and take time out of the office to focus on giving back.
Here are just some of the ways we have volunteered in the past:
- Assisted with trail clean-up for the Appalachian Mountain Club
- Painted a house for of the residences with Communitas
- Worked and donated food for the Merrimack Valley Food Bank
- Donated masks and PPE supplies to local first responders
- Managed donations at the Cradles to Crayons Giving Factory
- Sorted donations at the Catie's Closet Distribution Warehouse
Lending a hand to our non-profit partners
We have ongoing relationships with many charitable organizations, including Catie’s Closet and Merrimack Valley Food Bank, which we support with annual contributions, pro bono work, and volunteering.
