Vera Su

Vera is a tax manager at Tonneson, having joined the firm in 2016. Her primary responsibilities include working on tax returns, conducting tax research, and handling notices for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, trusts, and mid-sized corporations. She believes in maintaining thorough communication with clients to identify and resolve any tax-related issues that may arise.

As a CPA, Vera earned a BS in accounting from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and an MS in accounting from Bentley University. She is an active member of both the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MassCPAs) and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). In addition to her regular duties, Vera is involved in the firm’s college recruiting efforts, demonstrating her commitment to attracting talented individuals to the organization. She also volunteers with the VITA program, which provides free tax assistance to individuals with low to moderate incomes, disabilities, or limited English language skills.
