Our RISE Committee
Our RISE Committee’s mission is to increase awareness and understanding about fairness in treatment, opportunities and outcomes, foster a sense of belonging within the firm, and empower staff to drive a more inclusive and equitable environment.

- Speaking on various podcasts and panels about RISE
- Commitment to social responsibility through partnerships with local organizations and charities
- Leader of GGI DEI Special Interest Group
Recruiting diverse talent
- Speaking at high schools and colleges to share career opportunities in the accounting industry

- Referrals, vendors, and clients
