Key Responsibilities of a Audit Intern

Tonneson + Co is looking for audit interns to join our dynamic team in  Winter 2026 in our Wakefield, MA office.  We are looking for accounting, finance, or business majors interested in pursuing careers in public accounting at an innovative, employee-empowered firm.

As an audit intern, you will work on various engagements and assist in auditing for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and nonprofits.

We value our interns, and many of them choose to return after graduation as full-time hires.

Tonneson + Co interns work closely with a core team of managers who offer mentorship and guidance, every step of the way. Our office is casual, and we frequently have fun outings and team-building activities.
