How Will You Make an Impact? Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
As an Audit Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage audit engagements from start to finish, including planning, fieldwork execution, and reporting, while ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
- Develop and review comprehensive audit plans and work programs, tailoring them to client-specific needs.
- Oversee project financials, including managing budgets, monitoring work-in-progress (WIP), billing, and collection, and addressing any variances.
- Maintain technical excellence, upholding the highest professional standards and compliance with regulations.
- Act as a strategic partner for clients, understanding their businesses, key risks, and identifying opportunities for added value.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing coaching, training, and feedback to foster professional growth and technical proficiency.
- Cultivate client relationships, serving as a key point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and engagement success.
- Assist with business development activities, contributing to the firm’s growth through identifying new service opportunities and enhancing client relations.
- Undertake special projects as needed to support broader firm initiatives.

- Excellent analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Proven leadership skills, including experience supervising and training team members.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and maintain high-quality outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to lead team meetings and client discussions.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed and work in the office 2-3 days per week
